Return & Refund Policy

 

To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we can not refund any of our skincare products. If you receive a faulty product please get in contact so we can discuss this with you.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

 

To start a return: the first step is to email us at hello@sundryskincare.com where if your return is approved, we’ll send you the returns address,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return. Following inspection, we’ll notify you as to whether or not the criteria for a full or partial refund have been met. Please allow 5-7 business working days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for it to select in your account.

If you are shipping an item over £50, we strongly advise that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
