Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and so if you are not completely satisfied with your BEPPS order. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


But we know that sometimes it takes a few tries to realise a product isn’t right for your skin. So if you’ve already opened the product, this will be reviewed by our customer service team on a case by case basis and refunds may be processed at our discretions. However, we will not accept returns for any items where more than half of the product has been used.


To start a return: the first step is to email us at where if your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your order and will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return. Following inspection, we’ll notify you as to whether or not the criteria for a full or partial refund have been met. Please allow 5-7 business working days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for it to select in your account.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
